Aaron is the entrepreneur whose vision and leadership propelled a single office title agency (Hillsborough Title) into a meteoric growth trajectory which transformed it into AMD Enterprises, one of the most successful settlement services firms in the nation.
Today, AMD Enterprises is a conglomerate of business ventures comprised primarily of core national brands Florida Agency Network (FAN), Premier Data Services and Network Transaction Solutions, which are supported by numerous additional brands. Each group plays its part supporting Aaron’s vision of efficient, centralized operations; marketplace flexibility through the strategic use of technology and above all, elite customer service standards rivaling those of any other, nationwide.
Aaron is a frequent speaker at title and mortgage industry conferences and seminars. He is also routinely published as a contributing author or expert source in numerous trade publications. He is a graduate of the University of Florida (BS/BA in Finance) and an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School’s three-year Owner/President Management leadership program.
Aaron is also the proud father of two boys, Aiden and Jackson. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, volunteering for several charitable organizations, taking down time at the beach, Florida Gator athletics, and travelling.
Amy oversees personnel, title production, escrow offices and Network Transaction Solutions, an ancillary services division of the Florida Agency Network. She began her title career in 1995 as a receptionist at a large, independent title agency. There, she rose through the ranks while becoming proficient with post-closing, processing, closing and management. Amy then joined Hillsborough Title, which later became a component of FAN, in 2007. There, she directly assisted FAN Founder and CEO Aaron M. Davis in opening a second Hillsborough Title office in Brandon, Florida, where, as a licensed title agent, she eventually advanced from Branch Manager to General Manager.
Amy’s title and settlement services experience includes various types of transactions with a skillset focused on procedures, mentoring and training—all with the objective of delivering outstanding customer service.
Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Amy has been awarded the widely recognized CAMS® credential by the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists® (ACAMS®). She is an active member of the Florida Land Title Association (FLTA) and participates on the Talent Committee for the American Land Title Association (ALTA). She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends and attending music concerts.
After coming to FAN in 2015, Mike quickly became an integral part of the leadership team that has grown the company into one of the leading title and settlement services providers in the nation. Throughout his tenure, he has maintained his focus on the effectiveness of centralized operations as well as the use of organizational efficiencies to build a culture of elite customer service.
Mike has held management and leadership roles in the settlement services industry since entering in 1999, only a year after completing his law degree at the University of Florida. Over the course of his career, he has proven to be an effective leader of title operations, compliance, business development and market strategy. His 16-plus year tenure with one of the nation’s largest title insurance underwriters culminated with him serving as the Florida State Agency Manager for several years before joining FAN.
Mike is an active and longtime member of the Florida Land Title Association, including three years of leadership on the Board of Directors. He has also been a licensed REALTOR since 2007. Mike is frequently invited to present at industry conferences, conventions and seminars on topics such as affiliated business arrangements and M&A strategy.
Mike has been a Floridian for almost 40 years and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. He is also involved in the Habitat for Humanity and Ronal McDonald House organizations, as well as actively volunteering his time to support his community’s youth sports football and baseball leagues.
Wayne Harrell graduated from the University of Florida with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting in 1989. He began his career in public accounting with Deloitte and has spent the last 24 years in private industry. He has held CEO, COO, CFO and other financial management roles in a variety of different industries, including retail grocery, copier sales/service, dental and financial consulting. He has significant experience in business process improvement and has owned his own consulting firm since 2010. Wayne has been married to his wife Kim for 29 years and they have two children who are both currently attending the University of Florida. Wayne enjoys spending time boating and fishing with his family and friends.
An Honors Graduate of University of Florida College of Law, Jim Holloway’s practice areas include both real estate and civil litigation and handles a wide variety of legal issues, including one commercial transaction with a total value in excess of $60,000,000.00. Jim lives in Tampa with his wife Debbie and their two children, Hunter and Hannah.
A lifelong native of the Tampa Bay area, Chris grew up in the title industry as well. He began his career in 1994 working various jobs in the local warehouse for one of the nation’s largest title underwriters, including bicycle courier, receptionist and file processer. In 2005, Chris was promoted to Agency Sales Representative, soon after reaching a level of national recognition reserved for the top salespeople in the entire company. In 2015, Chris was appointed Gulf Coast Agency Manager in Florida, where, in addition to overseeing the local production team, he was responsible for training additional sales staff to service the agency network he had helped build.
Before ultimately joining FAN, Chris took a position with another national title underwriter, where he served as an Agency Sales Consultant. In that role, he leveraged his long-established agent relationships to help his new company gain market share and grow revenue.
Chris is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter.
Andrea is a licensed title agent and veteran in the field with over 20 years’ experience. She began her career as the National Vendor Manager with TransContinental Title, a national title company. In that role, she was responsible for managing a nationwide network of title abstractors and mobile closers. She moved into managing the processing, closing and post closing departments for the REO closing division of a busy foreclosure law firm before accepting her current position at Florida Agency Network in 2015. In this role, she is responsible for formulating strategy, providing leadership, oversight and management of the company’s ancillary division, Network Transaction Solutions. Andrea has been awarded the widely recognized CAMS® credential by the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists® (ACAMS®). She is an active member of the Florida Land Title Association (FLTA), currently serving as Director on the FLTA Board of Directors, as well as Chair of the FLTA Cyber Security Committee. In her spare time, she volunteers as a student mentor for Hillsborough Education Foundation. Andrea’s passions include paddle boarding, kayaking and spending time outdoors with her family.

The former Chief Information Officer of an industry leading Information Security Consulting company, Matthew has led the charge for improving security processes and procedures for organizations while tightening controls to protect from cyberattacks. A security industry veteran, he developed information security assessment processes which included guidelines and reports aligned with regulatory and ALTA Best Practices.
Matthew is an Air Force veteran and former federal agent who has investigated, managed and directed computer-related criminal, counterintelligence, counterespionage, fraud and undercover matters for both the federal government and the military.

Jay sets and manages the company’s data strategy for its client-facing, secured cloud offerings, employing his broad experience in data analytics, automation and data management.
His focus on agile responses to the fast-paced technology environment in the title insurance and settlement services industry provides Premier Data Services clients with adaptive solutions that generate and support a competitive advantage.
Prior to joining the company, Jay worked for a major title insurance underwriter on both the business and IT side, most recently as VP, Divisional Production Manager, where he developed and implemented numerous business metrics, facilitated strategic planning, and led his 120-member team in devising and integrating process improvements across the company’s operating spectrum.
Jay graduated from Carson Newman University with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics. As a frequently-requested speaker on cyber fraud, Jay actively works with the real estate community to promote security solutions.
James Farr is originally from Orlando and has been in the Tampa Bay area since 1967. Mr. Farr has over thirty-eight years experience in the title services industry. It was from the training that he received while serving Chicago Title, that Mr. Farr and his staff became proficient in the handling of complex commercial real estate transactions as well as residential title services of all types and sizes. When Mr. Farr is not working, he enjoys hunting and fishing.
